NPI Product Test Engineer

Bachelor’s, Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience
5+ years of experience in semiconductor product Engineering including
Qualify & Bring up of mass production of semiconductor supply chain
Experience in HVM SATs
Deep understanding in silicon process including activities and pre/post TO activity & execution
Experience in new semiconductor product qualifications and on-going reliability activities [JEDEC].
Manage RMAs. Conduct FAs and PFAs with FA-houses.
