Technical support engineer

Bachelor degree in Information Technology, Computer Science
Proven working experience in enterprise technical support
Proficiency with Windows and Unix-based OS, networking and browser configuration
Strong technical knowledge of networking and software troubleshooting
Familiar with network software diagnostic tools, such as Wireshark and Fiddler
Familiar with Windows diagnostic tools, such as Process Monitor and Event Viewer (and Unix/Linux equivalents)
